1. Overview

Juliette is a voice-based AI assistant designed to convert medical voice notes into structured clinical data. Juliette is offered as part of the Lnkr ecosystem and is licensed per doctor user.

2. Account & Access

• Each subscription is tied to a registered doctor.
• Clinics or hospitals may purchase multiple licenses.
• Shared accounts or simultaneous logins by multiple users are prohibited.

3. Fair Use Policy

While Juliette offers unlimited transcriptions per doctor, a fair usage policy applies to prevent misuse.

Excessive usage (e.g., >3,000 minutes/month per user) may be flagged for review.

4. Data Handling & Privacy

• Juliette does not store or access patient-identifiable information.
• All processed data is anonymized and structured strictly for medical documentation purposes.
• Users must not submit personal patient data (e.g., names, IDs, contact info) in voice notes.

5. Integrations & API Access

• API access is available with Clinic and Hospital plans.
• Integrations are supported for compatible EMRs and LIS systems.
• Custom deployments (on-premise/cloud) are available upon request.

6. Payment & Billing

• Billing is done monthly per doctor unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are issued electronically.
• Non-payment beyond 14 days from due date may result in temporary suspension.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for the current active month once usage has begun.

8. Service Availability

• Juliette maintains 99.9% uptime.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lnkr shall not be liable for any misinterpretation, transcription errors, or misuse of AI-generated content.

Juliette is an assistive tool and does not replace professional medical judgment.

10. Changes to Terms

Lnkr reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Users will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notice.
